To use our services, you must register an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

4. Payment & Billing

All fees are quoted and payable in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed. Services are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend your services. Accounts suspended for non-payment for more than 30 days may be terminated and all associated data permanently deleted.

Prices may be updated from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect on your account.

6. Domain Registration

Domain name registrations are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant domain registry (e.g., ICANN for .com/.net/.org domains). You agree to comply with all applicable registry policies. Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered. Domain renewals are your responsibility; we will send reminder emails but are not liable for domains that expire due to non-renewal.

7. Service Level Agreement

We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee for our hosting services, as detailed in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). The SLA outlines our uptime commitment, how we measure it, and the service credits available if we fail to meet our guarantee.

8. Backups & Data

We perform regular backups of hosting accounts as described in your plan (weekly, daily, or real-time). While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, backups are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed. You are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups of all website files, databases, and email data.

9. Termination

You may cancel your services at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We may terminate or suspend your services immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must download any data you wish to retain within 30 days, after which all data may be permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hosting Sloth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
